About Senna and the Role

Senna is seeking an ESG Analyst Investor Relations to join its Responsible Investment (RI) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, serving as a local subject matter expert on responsible investment and ESG matters within a global technology company context.

Role Overview

The ESG Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting institutional sales and client service activities. This involves conducting corporate engagement on environmental, social, and governance issues, and acting as a key resource for relationship managers across the business. The position requires maintaining current knowledge of industry standards and regulatory developments in responsible investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess responsible investment issues that may impact company performance, staying informed on global and regional industry standards, best practices, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct corporate engagement on ESG issues, which includes researching and analyzing company data, coordinating internally, and participating in meetings with corporate executives to discuss ESG policies, practices, and performance.
• Assist in the creation and production of Responsible Investment (RI) reporting, white papers, and both internal and external communications.
• Serve as a primary resource for sales and service teams regarding responsible investment and Shariah investment topics, addressing client requests and attending external meetings as needed.
• Manage assigned operational tasks and ad hoc projects of mid-level complexity through to completion.
• Identify, create, and maintain essential documentation for the group.
• Collaborate effectively with a global team operating across multiple time zones.
• Adhere to all group and firm policies and procedures consistently.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. This foundational experience will support the responsibilities related to responsible investment and ESG analysis.
