About the Role

Fisher Investments is seeking an Investor Responsibility & Engagement Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the Responsible Investment (RI) team and requires 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Investor Responsibility & Engagement Analyst serves as the local subject matter expert for Responsible Investment. This role supports various institutional sales and service-related activities, including conducting corporate engagement on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. The Analyst also acts as a key resource for relationship managers and attends external meetings to discuss the firm’s RI practices, while assisting in internal and external communications, data analysis, and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and monitor RI issues that may affect company performance, staying informed of global and regional industry standards, best practices, and regulatory trends.
• Conduct corporate engagement on ESG issues, involving research, company data analysis, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and meetings with corporate executives regarding ESG policies, practices, and performance.
• Assist in the creation and production of RI reporting and white papers.
• Serve as a resource for sales and service teams on RI and Shariah Investment topics, including responding to client requests and attending external meetings as needed.
• Manage assigned operational tasks and ad hoc projects of mid-level complexity through to completion.
• Work effectively with a global team based in multiple time zones.
• Identify, create, and develop documentation for the group.
• Follow group and firm policies and procedures.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position are required to have 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role demands a professional with a strong understanding of responsible investment principles and corporate engagement strategies.
