About Mnzil and the Role

Mnzil is actively seeking an Experienced Business Development Associate to join our dedicated team in Riyadh. This full-time position is tailored for a professional who has successfully built a solid foundation in Business Development and is now ready to take the next significant step in their career, assuming greater ownership and strategic responsibility within the sales pipeline.

Role Overview

In this role, the Experienced Business Development Associate will be entrusted with managing a broader and more complex portfolio of leads and client relationships. A key aspect of this position also involves actively mentoring newer team members, guiding them on best practices, and contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of the Business Development department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a larger portfolio of leads and active opportunities.
Independently conduct client meetings and follow-up conversations.
Refine proposals and pitch materials based on client feedback.
Support the onboarding and guidance of junior Business Development team members.
Provide regular pipeline updates and insights to management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a solid foundation in Business Development. While the role is for an experienced associate, we are seeking individuals with 0-1 years of relevant experience who are ready to advance their career and take on increased responsibilities within the pipeline.
