The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences within a distinguished hospitality environment.

Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert plays a crucial role in crafting memorable and unique experiences for guests, with food and drinks forming an integral part of this service. This position requires individuals who take initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, ensuring every guest interaction contributes positively to their overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards for service and presentation.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or * equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a service-oriented role.
• No supervisory experience is required for this position.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Proficiency in reading and visually verifying information, such as menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
