Sheraton is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Saudi Only) to join their team. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals. This involves taking initiative to provide attentive service and contribute to a positive dining experience beyond simply serving food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role requires adherence to company policies, quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. F&B Service Experts will be expected to:

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information, particularly related to menus.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a service-oriented role. A commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring a professional demeanor is essential. This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
