About The Luxury Collection and the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join its team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is exclusively for Saudi nationals and is instrumental in crafting memorable and unique experiences for guests, with food and beverages serving as a key component. The successful candidate will take initiative to deliver a wide range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meals and that every interaction contributes positively to their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Clean work areas and supplies diligently to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment for all.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards consistently across all aspects of service delivery.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Physical Requirements of the Position

This role requires physical stamina and mobility. Candidates must be able to be on their feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking. The position involves navigating sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces. Tasks include managing the menu, which requires reading and visually verifying information, and taking a hands-on approach to work. This encompasses moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Additionally, the role requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in a service-oriented role.
