Urban FM is seeking a Facility Coordinator Admin to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day facility operations through effective coordination, documentation, and administrative assistance.

Role Purpose

The Facility Coordinator Admin provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of facility operations. This involves maintaining clear communication, accurate record-keeping, and timely follow-up on all facility-related activities to uphold operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize facility records, documentation, and administrative files.
• Coordinate service requests and follow up on maintenance activities.
• Support contractor coordination, scheduling, and communication.
• Assist in quotation reviews and provide administrative support for contracts and budgets.
• Prepare periodic reports related to facility operations.
• Support office setup, workspace arrangements, and internal moves.
• Maintain asset tracking records and administrative logs.
• Provide general administrative support to facility operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• No visa sponsorship required for this position.
