The Role of Fashion Sales

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fashion Sales professional based in Riyadh. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their style preferences, and guiding them through product selections. The objective is to assist customers in creating complete looks that align with brand standards and enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Present merchandise and maintain product displays according to visual guidelines.
Handle sales transactions accurately and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and visually appealing.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
Support store promotions and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about new collections and features.
Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

More than 4 years of experience in fashion retail.
Previous experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Further education in fashion, business, or retail management is considered an asset.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position is based on-site in Riyadh. The role requires the ability to work flexible retail hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
