About the Front Desk Agent Role

This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable and unique guest experience, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves actively engaging with guests to provide a wide range of services throughout their stay, ensuring operational needs are met, requests are handled, and guests are informed about local highlights. The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in making every guest interaction feel like part of a positive experience.

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing guest interactions and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Key duties include processing guest arrivals and departures, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly, and maintaining accurate guest records. This role requires a proactive approach to guest service, anticipating needs and offering assistance to enhance the overall guest experience. The Front Desk Agent will also be involved in completing necessary reports and contributing to the efficient functioning of the hotel's front-facing operations.
