About the Role

Ejadah Management Consultancy is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates or recently unemployed developers with 0-1 years of experience, who possess a strong interest in both the visual aesthetics and functional performance of software applications.

Role Focus

The successful candidate will primarily focus on frontend development using *****, while also contributing to various aspects of product development within a dynamic team environment. This position offers an opportunity for rapid professional growth and direct involvement in building a tangible product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend features using *****, which will constitute a significant portion of the role.
• Translate designs from Figma into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Automate internal team workflows and repetitive tasks through the application of AI tools.
• Provide technical support to the engineering team for ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Participate in meetings with potential clients and partners in Riyadh to support technical discussions and API integration conversations.
• Contribute to testing, code reviews, and documentation processes.

Required Qualifications

• Status as a fresh graduate or currently unemployed, as this role is specifically for candidates at the beginning of their career.
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, including graduates from Tuwaiq Academy and Saudi Digital Academy.
• Strong knowledge of ******
• A good eye for UI and user experience, with the ability to discern design and usability issues.
• Willingness to work across different areas of the product as dictated by team requirements.
• Current residency in Riyadh, as client meetings are conducted in person.

Preferred Skills and Technologies

• Experience with Figma or any other design tool.
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT to enhance development speed.
