Join Our Team as a Graphic Designer
Luxakari is building a premium real estate, hospitality, serviced residences, concierge and lifestyle ecosystem across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. We are seeking a commercially minded Graphic Designer who can produce premium static and motion creatives across various platforms.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with real estate marketing awareness, premium brand sensibility, and modern AI-assisted creative workflows. Responsibilities include:

• Create social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, flyers, and campaign assets.
• Design real estate collateral: property brochures, layout maps, pricing sheets, and sales presentations.
• Produce motion content, including promotional videos and explainer visuals.
• Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, and business proposals.
• Develop event materials, such as booth graphics and invitations.
• Maintain brand consistency and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Required Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in related fields.
• Strong design fundamentals in typography, layout, and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in Figma and Canva.
• Ability to produce visually appealing, commercially effective designs.
• Organization and management skills for multiple projects.

AI & Modern Creative Workflow:
Experience with AI-assisted workflows is highly preferred.

Portfolio Requirement:
A strong live portfolio is mandatory for application. Portfolios should demonstrate a range of design work relevant to the role, including social media creatives and real estate marketing.
