About the Role

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively deliver a range of services, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly.
Complete necessary reports and documentation.
Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Uphold confidentiality regarding company and guest information.
Protect company assets and resources.
Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Guest Experience Expert will also take a hands-on approach, involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years).
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
License or Certification: None required.
