About the Role

Four Points is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires initiative and a proactive approach to delivering a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage various aspects of a guest's visit. This includes processing operational needs, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing local area highlights. A key part of the role involves assisting guests with luggage, including loading and unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Physical Demands of the Role

The Guest Experience Expert role involves significant physical activity. This includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and moving up and down stairs or service ramps. The position requires a hands-on approach, involving the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also a requirement.
