About the Role

Four Points is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively deliver a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay, ensuring all interactions are professional and contribute positively to the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their entire stay.
• Handling operational needs, addressing guest requests, and completing necessary reports.
• Assisting guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Ensuring all guest transactions are integrated seamlessly into the overall experience.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Protecting company assets and upholding quality standards.
• Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards.

Physical Requirements

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, and walking. The position requires navigating various spaces, including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, as well as stairs and service ramps. Candidates must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also necessary.

Qualifications and Experience
