About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires initiative and a proactive approach to guest service.

Role Overview

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for guiding guests throughout their stay by offering a wide range of services. This includes handling operational needs, responding to guest requests, preparing reports, sharing local highlights, and assisting with luggage and vehicle services. The aim is to ensure that all guest interactions feel like a seamless part of their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively offering services to enhance the guest journey.
• Managing operational tasks to ensure smooth guest stays.
• Responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly.
• Assisting guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, and transport.
• Providing information about local attractions and highlights.
• Preparing necessary reports related to guest services.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires a significant amount of physical activity. Responsibilities include standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, as well as moving in confined or elevated spaces and navigating stairs. The Guest Experience Expert must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds (* kg) independently, and up to 100 pounds (* kg) with assistance. Reaching, bending, and stooping are also regular parts of the job.
