About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position is an opportunity to contribute to creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires a proactive approach to guest service and operational support.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative and manage a variety of tasks to support guests throughout their stay. This involves actively engaging with guests and addressing their needs to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The role is hands-on and requires movement throughout the property.

• Processing operational needs to ensure efficiency.
• Addressing and fulfilling guest requests promptly.
• Completing necessary reports accurately.
• Sharing local area highlights to enhance guest stays.
• Assisting guests with loading and unloading their vehicles.
• Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated areas.

Physical Demands of the Role

This position requires a significant amount of physical activity. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet for extended periods, involving standing, sitting, and walking. The role also requires navigating various spaces, including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, and using stairs or service ramps. Candidates must be prepared for a hands-on approach to tasks, which includes the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, as well as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also essential functions of the job.

Experience and Qualifications

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 year of experience. A commitment to providing excellent guest service and a willingness to learn and adapt are key attributes for this position.
