About the Role

Rewaa is seeking a Head of Accounting Operations to lead its team of client-facing accountants. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on building a scalable and high-performing accounting operation. The ideal candidate will establish the systems, processes, and team structure necessary to enhance accountant capacity while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the performance of the accounting team.
• Design and continuously improve accounting workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and processes.
• Set and track team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Optimize workload and client allocation to increase accountant capacity and efficiency.
• Establish quality-control processes and ensure accurate, timely accounting.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Coach accountants, identify performance gaps, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to enhance accounting workflows and tools.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in accounting leadership roles, with a proven ability to build and scale accounting operations. The role requires a leader capable of implementing robust systems and processes to support growth and efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Rewaa offers a competitive monthly salary for this position.
