Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role

Arkan Products is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage all internal housekeeping operations within a high-end residential complex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and service standards to ensure residents experience a level of service comparable to a five-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping team.
• Inspect residential units, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Maintain five-star cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Prepare daily assignments and cleaning schedules.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, and inventory.
• Train team members on cleaning procedures, grooming, and service standards.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up until completion.
• Handle residents’ requests professionally and discreetly.
• Maintain inspection checklists and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience (2-5 years) in a five-star hotel, luxury residential complex, serviced residence, or private residence.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and quality inspections.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Professional appearance and a discreet, respectful manner.
• Available to join immediately.
• Currently based in Riyadh or able to relocate immediately.
• A valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory for non-Saudi applicants.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
