About the Role

Baraya Extended Care is seeking a Human Resources Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee daily HR operational activities throughout the employee lifecycle. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires coordination across various departments to ensure efficient and accurate HR processes. The role is critical for maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes, including registration, orientation, separation, and final clearance.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage and coordinate the monthly payroll process, verify employee data, ensure accurate inputs, and address payroll-related inquiries in collaboration with Finance.
  • HR Documentation and Systems: Maintain accurate physical and electronic employee files, manage data in SAP and other HR systems, process employee transactions, and generate HR reports.
  • HR Operations and Employee Services: Provide daily HR support, respond to employee inquiries, prepare HR letters and certificates, and monitor employee contracts and important HR dates.
  • Compliance and Government Relations: Ensure HR processes comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies, coordinate with government platforms, and manage work permits and residency documentation.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Prepare regular HR operational reports, analyze data, and ensure accuracy and timely submission of HR information.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR operational processes, improve efficiency and accuracy, and support HR automation initiatives.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and guide HR Operations team members, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and support professional development.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR systems, including SAP.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to manage and supervise daily HR operational activities effectively.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with various departments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee data and records.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system or data discrepancies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic HR department. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including Finance and IT, to ensure seamless HR operations.
