Role Summary: Income Auditor

The Income Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information and adherence to established policies within the hotel. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, plays a key role in maintaining financial controls and supporting the overall operational excellence of The Ritz-Carlton, upholding the brand's Gold Standards in every task.

Key Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy across various financial records.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information efficiently.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents in accordance with property cash handling policies and procedures.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records, ensuring compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables for discrepancies.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises to ensure a secure environment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Protect company assets and safeguard the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally and clearly, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
