About TAWANTECH and the Role

TAWANTECH is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to maintaining robust and secure enterprise infrastructure operations, ensuring high system availability and strict security compliance across diverse environments.

Role Overview

The Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for the effective administration of Windows and Linux environments, along with various infrastructure platforms. This position requires a proactive approach to system management, security adherence, and operational support to ensure the stability and performance of our critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components across Windows and Linux environments.
• Perform system administration activities, including OS configuration, patching, hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Deploy and manage enterprise monitoring, backup, security, and endpoint management tools.
• Support infrastructure security controls and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration baselines.
• Support automation initiatives using scripting tools.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure administration, with a strong background in managing Windows and Linux environments and enterprise infrastructure platforms.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to support critical infrastructure operations.
