About Inverto and the Role

Inverto, a Boston Consulting Group (BCG) company, is seeking an Inverto Business & Operations Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to operationalizing Inverto’s regional growth agenda in the Middle East, focusing on key commercial, people, financial, and operational processes. The Senior Manager will act as a strategic partner to Inverto leadership and EMESA teams, ensuring transparency in business development, enabling strong go-to-market execution, and supporting high-quality decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management and Go-to-Market Support: Partner with Inverto Managing Directors and EMESA teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, ensuring transparency in the business development pipeline and supporting commercial success.
• People & Talent Management: Drive optimal team deployment and resource allocation, shape the Middle East hiring strategy, coordinate professional development initiatives, and lead local people-related initiatives to strengthen team cohesion.
• Financial Planning & Performance Management: Collaborate with Finance teams to steer annual strategic and financial planning, ensure rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and maintain transparency of the project portfolio.
• Collaboration & Data Flow: Maintain strong collaboration with BCG Core and Inverto EMESA teams, ensuring reliable information and data flow, and adherence to data governance standards.
• Risk Management & Compliance Coordination: Support governance, risk management, and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with Inverto EMESA and BCG Core requirements, and implementing effective local controls.
• Local Coordination & Office Enablement: Oversee day-to-day office operations, coordinate shared services with BCG, and drive local marketing initiatives in alignment with global teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Confident presence in an international business environment.
• Business fluent in English.

Reporting and Team Collaboration

The Inverto Business & Operations Senior Manager reports directly to the Inverto Managing Director. This role involves working with global, regional, and local teams, collaborating with individuals who are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and possess a growth mindset.
