Introduction to the Role

Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated IT Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on the administration, support, and optimization of Salesforce CRM and MuleSoft integration platforms.

Role Purpose and Scope

The IT Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user support, while maintaining compliance with industry best practices. This includes managing system configuration, database maintenance, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with AJVA’s standard policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce user accounts, including provisioning, deactivation, role assignments, permission management, and periodic access audits to ensure system security and compliance.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce Automotive Cloud features such as workflows, approval processes, page layouts, record types, dashboards, reports, and custom fields to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and manage integrations between Salesforce, Keyloop, Genesys, and other connected systems via MuleSoft, ensuring reliable data exchange and integration performance.
• Provide comprehensive application and functional user support, diagnosing and resolving Salesforce and integration-related issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
• Deliver Salesforce user training and develop user capabilities across the organization to promote effective platform adoption and utilization.
• Maintain system documentation, change records, technical procedures, and release updates to ensure effective governance, knowledge management, and audit compliance.
• Identify, recommend, and manage the implementation of platform enhancements, including evaluating underutilized features, analyzing business requirements, and preparing functional designs and specifications.
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, ensuring system reliability, efficiency, and an optimal user experience.
• Configure, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions in alignment with business requirements and established change management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with AJVA policies, legal requirements, industry standards, and information security guidelines in the administration of Salesforce and related systems.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and backup processes, including processing data requests by extracting, transforming, validating, and transferring data, and promoting data management best practices.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide meaningful business insights, support data-driven decision-making, and enable self-service reporting.
• Liaise with system vendors and implementation partners to support system enhancements and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Salesforce Advanced Administration Certification is preferred.
