About the Junior Sales Specialist Account Growth Role
Fresha is seeking a Junior Sales Specialist Account Growth to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving the monetization of the Fresha platform by building and nurturing relationships with existing accounts. The role is ideal for an individual looking to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment and make a tangible impact.

Fresha provides an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry, connecting businesses such as salons, barbers, spas, and fitness studios with consumers. The platform is utilized by over 140,000 businesses and 450,000 professionals worldwide, processing over one billion appointments. Fresha offers an all-in-one solution for business management, including appointment booking, point-of-sale, customer records, marketing automation, and inventory management. The consumer marketplace leverages online bookings and automated marketing to enhance revenue potential for partner businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet key performance indicators related to monetization, retention, and revenue growth through proactive engagement and education of partners on the Fresha platform's value.
- Analyze reports and execute plans to upsell services and increase monetized revenue from existing accounts.
- Ensure a strong partner experience by building meaningful relationships through online video meetings.
- Administer a consistent contact strategy across the assigned portfolio to maintain partner engagement and reduce churn.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and driving commercial growth within large account bases, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR and 1-2 years of experience as a revenue-generating account manager.
- Proven commercial motivation with the ability to adapt and achieve targets.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Experience selling into Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High work ethic.
- Problem-solving mindset.
Work Environment and Interview Process
Employees at Fresha work from the office five days per week to foster a collaborative environment. The interview process includes a 30-minute screen call with the Talent Team, a 45-minute skills and experience interview with the Hiring Manager, and a 75-minute presentation interview with the Hiring Team. Fresha aims to complete the entire interview process and provide feedback within two weeks. All applications are manually reviewed by the talent team.
