About the Role

Double Marks Contracting is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its Data Center Division. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct construction surveying, with a focus on large structural and concrete projects.
Perform setting-out works using Total Station and Auto Level.
Extract coordinates and prepare setting-out drawings, survey reports, and as-built drawings.
Work with foundations, raft slabs, columns, and concrete structures.
Coordinate effectively with site engineers and consultants.
Support technical documentation efforts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction surveying.
Mandatory experience working in Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in Total Station and Auto Level.
Strong skills in AutoCAD 2D and Excel are mandatory.
Experience with foundations, raft slabs, columns, and concrete structures.
Good computer skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Civil 3D is an advantage.

Work Environment

The Land Surveyor will operate independently while collaborating with site engineers and consultants within the Data Center Division. This role requires a professional capable of managing surveying tasks efficiently in a construction environment.
