About the Role

Saleh Al-Rajhi & Partners Co. Ltd is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing property leasing activities, from marketing available units to negotiating agreements and maintaining tenant relationships. The specialist will contribute to achieving occupancy targets and maximizing rental revenue while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of property leasing. This includes actively marketing properties, engaging with prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, and finalizing lease agreements. A key aspect of the role is fostering strong tenant relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Market and promote available residential, commercial, or retail properties to prospective tenants.
Respond to leasing inquiries and provide accurate information regarding available units and leasing terms.
Conduct property tours and presentations for potential tenants.
Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements within approved guidelines.
Prepare, review, and process lease contracts and related documentation.
Follow up on lease renewals and maintain tenant retention programs.
Maintain and update leasing records, databases, and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant move-in and move-out processes.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and business partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates to support leasing strategies.
Assist in achieving occupancy and revenue targets set by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant real estate regulations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant leasing or real estate role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a professional real estate environment focused on achieving leasing objectives and maintaining high standards of customer service.
