About Rumoz Consulting Engineers and the Role

Rumoz Consulting Engineers is urgently seeking highly qualified LEED AP Certified Engineers to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for contributing to sustainable projects and ensuring adherence to green building standards within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose and Scope

This role involves working across various engineering specializations with a strong focus on sustainable project development. Successful candidates will apply their expertise to ensure projects meet environmental standards and comply with relevant procedures for green building initiatives. The position requires a deep understanding of LEED principles and their practical application.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning and execution of sustainable engineering projects.
• Ensure project compliance with LEED standards and other relevant sustainability requirements.
• Apply familiarity with established requests and procedures for sustainable project development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate green building practices throughout project lifecycles.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid LEED AP certificate (a course completion alone is not sufficient).
• A minimum of 10 years of previous work experience in an engineering field.
• Demonstrated previous work experience on sustainable projects.
• Proven familiarity with relevant requests and procedures specific to sustainable projects.
• A valid certificate from the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
• The profession listed on the Saudi Council of Engineers certificate must precisely match the previous work certificate.
