License Owner & Operator, Riyadh

Stranger Soccer is expanding its global presence and is seeking a dedicated License Owner & Operator to launch and grow its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is for an entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about football and committed to enhancing community access to the sport.

Role Context

This position is distinct from a traditional salaried management role. It offers an entrepreneurial individual the opportunity to build and operate a local Stranger Soccer venture, with the objective of making football more accessible within the Riyadh community. The role requires an ambitious, community-driven approach with a strong passion for the game.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and establish the Stranger Soccer brand and operations in Riyadh.
Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2-3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
Secure suitable football venues and ensure consistent playing opportunities.
Drive marketing and customer acquisition initiatives through digital and local channels.
Oversee daily game operations and ensure a high-quality player experience.
Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, leveraging established operational and technology support.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated passion for football and established connections within the local football community.
Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity for independent work.
A strong sense of ownership and ambition to expand Stranger Soccer locally.
