About the Lifeguard Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Lifeguard to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring guest safety and contributing to a positive recreational experience within the hotel's facilities.

Role Purpose

The Lifeguard plays a key role in maintaining a secure, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests utilizing the swimming pools and recreational areas. This involves upholding safety standards and delivering attentive service to ensure guests can relax and make lasting memories with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pools and recreational areas, enforcing safety rules and responding quickly to emergencies.
• Administer first aid or CPR when required to provide a safe environment for all guests.
• Welcome guests, provide information about pool facilities and activities, and assist with guest requests.
• Create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere that reflects Hilton’s hospitality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of pool areas and safety equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Report maintenance issues and support compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Encourage safe participation in recreational activities and support special events and poolside programs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and relaxing experience.
