About the Role

Talents Sea is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily logistics operations to ensure efficient service delivery and business continuity. The role involves acting as a central point of coordination between various stakeholders to maintain service quality and address operational needs.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and monitor daily logistics workforce operations. The Logistics Coordinator will ensure efficient service delivery and business continuity by serving as a key point of contact between clients, operational staff, and internal departments, addressing operational requirements and upholding service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor workforce attendance, performance, productivity, and operational compliance.
Coordinate workforce allocation, deployment, onboarding processes, accommodation, and transportation.
Follow up on workforce administrative requirements and employment documentation.
Coordinate with clients to manage workforce requests, staffing needs, and resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate workforce records, prepare operational reports, and track service-level agreement (SLA) adherence.
Support client account management, contract follow-ups, service expansion initiatives, and new project requirements.
Monitor billing data, ensure invoice accuracy, follow up on payments, and address financial discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client and workforce requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination or a similar operational role.
Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor daily operational activities.
Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients and internal teams.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a dynamic operational environment that requires continuous coordination and monitoring to ensure smooth logistics processes.
