About Cenomi Centers and the Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking a Luxury Operations Associate to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficient functioning of the mall and maintaining high standards across all operational aspects, contributing to tenant satisfaction and overall mall safety.

Role Purpose

The Luxury Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing daily mall operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, upholding company standards, and maintaining safety protocols. The role also involves facilitating effective communication and coordination among all key stakeholders to support seamless mall management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring adherence to company standards and smooth coordination during fit-out processes, handovers, evacuations, and daily operations.
• Manage tenant requests and issues through proper logging, diligent follow-up, and timely resolution, including reporting and escalating critical concerns as necessary.
• Coordinate effectively with leasing, design & delivery (DD) teams, contractors, suppliers, and all mall departments to ensure updated leasing plans, confirm prime location allocations, and facilitate smooth overall mall operations.
• Oversee general mall operations by ensuring Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are in place, service providers meet contractual terms, and common areas are consistently well-maintained through regular inspections covering technical aspects, cleaning, security, and Health & Safety (H&S).
• Monitor operational performance through conducting inspections, following up on tasks during shifts, ensuring operations teams are adequately informed, and actively pursuing tenants for sales data and collections.
• Participate in required training sessions and undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Operational Oversight and Compliance

A core aspect of this role involves rigorous oversight of mall operations to ensure all service providers adhere to contract terms and that common areas meet expected standards. This includes conducting regular inspections across technical, cleaning, security, and Health & Safety domains to proactively identify and address any issues. The Associate is also responsible for monitoring overall operational performance and ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining compliance with established company standards.

Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination

Effective communication and coordination are paramount for this position. The Luxury Operations Associate will serve as a key liaison, building strong relationships with tenants and collaborating closely with various internal departments such as leasing and design & delivery, as well as external contractors and suppliers. This ensures alignment on operational plans, tenant requirements, and overall mall objectives, fostering a cooperative environment among all parties.
