Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the role of Manager - Accounts Payable. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and is crucial for maintaining efficient accounts payable operations within the finance department.

Role Overview

The Manager - Accounts Payable will lead the accounts payable processes, ensuring all invoices and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This role involves fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, overseeing accounts payable activities, auditing processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate's leadership will contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage communications with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor information and records within the accounting system.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts payable transactions to ensure internal controls are followed.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Prepare reports and analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Stay updated with best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to accounts payable management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Demonstrated experience in leading accounts payable processes and teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
