About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager Digital Experience Excellence to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on monitoring the performance of digital products and driving continuous improvement through a customer-centric approach.

Role Overview

In this role, you will serve as the "voice of the customer," leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas of friction within our digital products. Your primary objective will be to translate these insights into actionable recommendations that enhance user satisfaction and improve overall product efficacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously track product health, user behavior, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
  • Transform raw data into clear, strategic suggestions for product refinement.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize and implement customer experience enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital customer experience (CX), product management, or a related analytical field.
  • Expertise in interpreting user feedback and performance data to inform product strategy.
  • Proven ability to provide actionable, high-impact recommendations for complex digital ecosystems.

Experience and Work Type

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
