About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG sectors. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional who understands the Saudi market and possesses strong industry connections. The role focuses on building brand presence and driving business growth for both B2B and consumer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth objectives.
Build brand awareness within the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
Develop B2B marketing initiatives and support client acquisition efforts.
Manage marketing campaigns, social media, digital marketing activities, events, and promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets.
Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and other partners.
Track campaign performance and prepare comprehensive marketing reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
A robust professional network within the coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.
Demonstrated experience in brand building, B2B marketing, and digital marketing.
Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Location
