Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Land of the Braves contributes to the nation's growth by offering real estate solutions that align with the ambition of a new generation. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and engage customers within the real estate market. This role requires a strategic approach to marketing and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze customer and competitor data to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Prepare and manage marketing materials across various platforms.
• Oversee both digital and offline marketing channels.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Support events and activations to strengthen the Land of the Braves brand.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent communication and client experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in market research and marketing strategy development.
• Experience in sales and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing.
• Experience in brand building, preferably within real estate or related industries.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Analytical skills for market and data interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability to a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
