About the Role

IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture is seeking a motivated Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for a mid-level position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for professionals with a solid technical background who are committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions within a dynamic project setting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting and leading engineering projects from their initial design stages through to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, from design conceptualization to final implementation.
• Conduct advanced engineering analyses and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, detailed technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant international and local standards, as well as safety and quality requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Possess 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering projects.
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of fundamental engineering principles, proficient use of engineering tools, and adherence to best practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment and Additional Information
