About the Role of Micro Lending Manager

SAB is seeking a Micro Lending Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the development and management of micro lending products, ensuring profitability, and driving strategic growth within the market. The manager will work to identify market opportunities, enhance product offerings, and build key partnerships to expand the micro lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative micro lending products that meet target market needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, driving product enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands.
• Manage the Micro Lending portfolio's profitability and financial performance, developing product strategies and monitoring loan portfolio performance.
• Analyze financial and operational data to make informed decisions and achieve financial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive market studies and benchmarking analysis to identify industry best practices, trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Identify key growth areas within the Micro Lending market and develop strategies to target underserved segments.
• Establish partnerships and build an ecosystem with high-spend categories such as education, healthcare, and automotive sectors.
• Articulate customer experience strategy based on primary and secondary data to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Support the business head in utilizing customer data for effective customer segmentation and product positioning.
• Assess the retail banking industry and market scenario based on global/regional reports, customer requirements, and Fintech trends.
• Oversee the design of new products and services, ensuring customer-centric strategies and tailoring the portfolio to customer needs.
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing plans in collaboration with stakeholders for effective product campaigns.
• Ensure the availability of world-class products and services by enhancing processes based on customer feedback.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to implement SAB compliance policy, manage compliance risk, and optimize relations with regulators.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related major.
• Experience in consumer finance products.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio profitability and financial performance.
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
