About the Role

Moody's Corporation is seeking an Associate Director Project Manager to join the Middle East Lending Implementation Services team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role involves leading large-scale lending technology implementation projects for clients across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia.

Team Overview

The Middle East Lending Implementation Services team, part of Moody's Banking Customer Engagement, is responsible for the planning and delivery of lending technology implementation projects for clients in the region. The team focuses on strengthening client relationships and establishing project management best practices. It incorporates Generative and Agentic AI tools to streamline workflows and support client advisory, while maintaining strong governance and responsible AI practices. The successful candidate will contribute to transformative lending technology projects within financial institutions in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale lending technology implementation projects for Moody's clients across the Middle East.
• Prioritize, plan, and manage projects within an assigned portfolio.
• Manage organizational team deliverables and project responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize project efforts, accurately capturing and communicating project priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with client project teams and other stakeholders.
• Record and manage project issues and risks, escalating as necessary.
• Control project scope and manage change management processes.
• Coordinate the work of consultants and allocate resources efficiently, fostering a cooperative and motivated project team.
• Provide expertise and consulting to other project managers on project management practices, team dynamics, team building, and group motivation.
• Provide analysis and recommendations, and develop content to continuously improve project management methodologies, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to governance guidelines set by the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Liaise with internal functions such as Product Management, Engineering, and Client Services.
• Report on project progress to clients, senior internal stakeholders, and delivery team members.
• Provide services that satisfy existing or new client business needs, and offer proactive solution and product support to clients.
• Engage with clients on-site and off-site in a professional and timely manner.
• Support pre-sales activities upon request from a services perspective.

Work Location and Onboarding

This position is based in Moody's Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will initially undergo onboarding at Moody's Middle East headquarters in Dubai before relocating to Riyadh to support financial institutions within Saudi Arabia.
