Operations Manager at 360Solutions

360Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing and optimizing the company’s overall operations, ensuring effective coordination across Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient performance of daily operations and the strategic coordination of key business functions. This includes developing and improving operational processes, monitoring critical performance indicators, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient business performance.
Lead and coordinate Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.
Develop and improve operational processes and procedures.
Monitor inventory, procurement, distribution, and demand planning.
Track sales performance and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with inventory and operational capacity.
Manage suppliers and ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Lead and develop teams while ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Previous experience in Retail Sales and Marketing.
Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and operations.
Experience in retail, FMCG, Oud & Incense, or related sectors is preferred.
Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, sales, and operational processes.
