About the Operations Manager Role

SOL Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the organization's day-to-day operational activities. The primary objective is to ensure efficiency, maintain quality standards, and achieve cost-effectiveness across all operations. This role involves leading operational teams, optimizing processes and resources, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of products or services in line with company standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage the operations budget, including monitoring expenditures, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Set operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets; track, analyze, and report performance to senior management with recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and develop the operations team, encompassing recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
• Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands and business priorities.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in an operations management role or a similar capacity.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a consistent on-site presence to effectively manage daily operational activities.
