Key Responsibilities

The primary duties for this position include:

• Promptly delivering guest requests.
• Stocking carts with necessary supplies for daily operations.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Ensuring a safe work environment for all.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding guest and company information.
• Upholding established quality standards in all assigned tasks.
• Presenting a professional appearance and communicating effectively with guests and colleagues.

Physical Requirements

This role requires significant physical activity. The successful candidate will be on their feet and moving for extended periods, involving standing, sitting, or walking. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance is required.
