About the Role

NAT Constructions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oscillating Knife CNC Operator to join its production team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves operating advanced CNC machinery to execute precise cutting operations for various materials.

Key Responsibilities

Import and prepare CAD/CAM files essential for the cutting process.
Configure machine settings, including knife type, cut depth, speed, and origin, in accordance with material specifications.
Execute cutting operations with a high degree of accuracy and continuously monitor machine performance.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment remains in optimal condition.

Required Qualifications

CAD Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD for handling, modifying, and preparing engineering vector files.
CAM Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with production software such as ArtCAM, Aspire, or similar packages.
Control Software: High proficiency in VCUTWork or equivalent control software specifically designed for oscillating knife cutters.

Technical Skills and Understanding

Machine Control & Axis Understanding: Deep comprehension of multi-axis machine operation, movement mechanics, and precise parameter controls.
Cutting Techniques & Precision: Full familiarity with cutting details, including optimizing toolpaths, speed settings, and machine movement to ensure minimal material waste and maximum quality.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated production team, contributing to the company's operational efficiency.
