About the Partnerships Section Manager Role

alfanar is seeking a Partnerships Section Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves developing, managing, and growing strategic systems and solutions partnerships to enhance market offerings, enable integrated solutions, and support sustainable business growth. The role requires ensuring effective partner alignment, governance, and value realization in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential systems and solutions partners aligned with organizational strategy. Develop and execute partnership strategies to support business objectives and solution enablement. Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for partnership agreements.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership governance and escalation matters. Conduct regular partner engagement reviews to ensure alignment and performance.
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence: Collaborate with leadership to define partnership objectives and success criteria. Analyze market trends and competitor ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities. Monitor partnership effectiveness and provide structured reporting on outcomes and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with commercial, technical, and operational objectives. Support joint go-to-market initiatives and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and partner organizations.
Financial & Commercial Management: Manage partnership-related budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. Assess the financial performance and return on investment of partnership initiatives.

Role Accountabilities

Leadership and Performance Management: Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing individuals, while addressing underperformance constructively. Ensure fair and performance-based assessment of subordinates.
Responsibility and Decision Making: Take full responsibility for operational outcomes and deliverables as per the job description and company guidelines. Anticipate and proactively address potential problems, and make timely, appropriate decisions.
Delivery and Business Planning: Deliver required results in a timely manner with the specified quality and cost. Transform corporate goals into actionable business plans, monitor execution, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Organizational Development and Process Improvement: Develop organizational structures and ensure job descriptions are available and deployed. Develop well-defined systems, policies, and procedures, and identify automation opportunities.
Quality and Adaptation: Uphold alfanar’s commitment to quality as a competitive advantage. Adapt to new techniques, technologies, and business models.
Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment in compliance with standard regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience is required.
