About the Role

Rawaj-HCM is seeking a Performance Manager Government Services to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's enterprise performance management framework.

Role Overview

The Performance Manager ensures the effective execution of corporate strategy through robust KPI management, comprehensive performance reporting, in-depth business analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to drive accountability, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the corporate performance management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Design, implement, and monitor corporate, departmental, and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, business plans, and performance measures across all business units.
  • Coordinate the annual target-setting process with department heads and business leaders.
  • Monitor organizational performance against approved KPIs and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare executive performance dashboards and various performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate strategy and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Track the progress of strategic initiatives and coordinate with project owners to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct business performance analysis using operational and financial data to support executive decision-making.
  • Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.
  • Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Monitor customer experience and operational performance indicators, including service quality, turnaround times, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate performance governance, reporting standards, and data accuracy requirements.
  • Partner with department heads to define KPIs, facilitate performance review meetings, and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in performance management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing enterprise performance management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor corporate, departmental, and individual KPIs.
  • Experience in coordinating target-setting processes and preparing executive-level performance reports.

Technical Skills and Tools

  • Proficiency in business performance analysis using operational and financial data.
  • Experience in managing and enhancing performance dashboards using business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or similar.
  • Ability to improve reporting automation, analytics capabilities, and data visualization.
  • Strong collaboration skills with IT and Digital teams for performance reporting system enhancements.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a proactive approach to driving performance and continuous improvement within a dynamic organizational environment.
