Role Overview: Personal Trainer

This is a full-time Personal Trainer position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on designing and delivering safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one and small-group training sessions. The Personal Trainer will tailor programs to meet members’ individual goals and fitness levels, contributing to a positive and results-driven fitness experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one and small-group training sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments for members.
• Create personalized training plans tailored to individual member goals.
• Instruct members on proper exercise technique and form.
• Monitor and track member progress to ensure effective goal achievement.
• Provide basic guidance on healthy lifestyle habits.
• Offer support and assistance to members during gym floor workouts.
• Promote gym services and available classes to members.
• Collaborate with the wider team to maintain a welcoming, clean, and motivating gym environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety standards within the fitness setting.

Candidate Requirements

• A recognized certification in personal training or fitness (*, PT, fitness coaching, or equivalent) is required.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in personal training.
• Experience working in a gym or health club environment and supporting diverse client needs is highly beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to a fitness setting.

Work Setting

This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by gym operations. The Personal Trainer will work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment to ensure a positive and supportive experience for all members.
