About Watan Care and the Physiotherapist Role

Watan Care, a provider of home healthcare services, is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering specialized physical therapy directly to patients within the comfort of their homes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting patients' recovery and enhancing their physical well-being.

Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of the Physiotherapist is to provide individualized care designed to improve patient mobility, physical function, and independence. Through targeted interventions, this role aims to significantly contribute to the overall quality of life for individuals receiving home-based healthcare services, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical and functional assessments of patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises and physical therapy interventions.
Work to improve patients’ strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and overall functional abilities.
Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as clinical needs evolve.
Educate patients and their caregivers on effective home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare detailed progress reports.
Adhere strictly to healthcare, safety, infection control, and professional standards.
Deliver patient-centered care while upholding confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this Physiotherapist position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy, ideally within a home healthcare or similar setting. A strong understanding of evidence-based practices and a commitment to patient-focused care are essential for this role.
