The Role of PMO Senior Project Manager

Hala is seeking a PMO Senior Project Manager to lead and execute complex business projects. This full-time role is critical for ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to technical standards across various initiatives. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive projects independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical standards.
• Apply advanced business and technical knowledge to oversee integrations, server configurations, and cybersecurity measures for payment solutions.
• Mentor and guide project teams, setting clear expectations and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Develop and refine project management frameworks, employing best practices tailored to the payments industry.
• Coordinate closely with the Head of Enterprise, demonstrating significant autonomy in decision-making.
• Embody a strong sense of leadership and ownership, acting decisively and effectively without the need for frequent oversight.
