About the Role

Raissy Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a PMO Manager Electromechanical Project to join their dedicated team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to overseeing the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of electromechanical projects, ensuring they adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires a professional who can effectively manage project performance and coordinate across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of electromechanical projects to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, comprehensive progress reports, and performance dashboards.
• Track project budgets, costs, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support project planning, documentation, and change management processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare management reports and provide regular project status updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO or project coordination specifically within electromechanical projects.

Preferred Certification

A PMP certification is preferred for this role, as it demonstrates a strong foundation in recognized project management principles and best practices. This certification will be valuable in driving efficient project delivery and maintaining high standards of project governance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic and collaborative project-focused environment, working closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to achieve project objectives.
