Pricing Officer

About the Role

Clean Life is seeking a Pricing Officer to join its Sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves conducting on-site assessments, understanding client needs, and developing accurate, competitive pricing proposals for services. The Pricing Officer will work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure service solutions are both effective and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate customer requirements and service locations.
• Assess property size, service scope, number of rooms, facilities, and current cleanliness conditions.
• Determine the necessary workforce, equipment, and estimated service duration.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in alignment with company pricing policies and profitability targets.
• Present service proposals and explain pricing details to customers professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure service feasibility and pricing accuracy.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales process through to deal closure.
• Maintain precise customer and quotation records within the CRM system.
• Monitor quotation performance and analyze reasons for lost opportunities.
• Research market trends and competitor pricing to recommend pricing improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on site visits, quotations, conversion rates, and overall pricing performance.
• Contribute to the enhancement of pricing processes, templates, and operational efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The position requires a professional who can effectively conduct site assessments and develop competitive pricing strategies.
