About the Role

Gallup is seeking a Principal Consultant, Leadership Development to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional who is bilingual in Arabic and English, focusing on guiding executives to enhance their leadership capabilities, develop their teams, and achieve significant performance improvements. The consultant will leverage Gallup’s research to design and deliver transformational programs.

Role Purpose and Impact

In this position, you will work directly with senior leaders to challenge existing practices and introduce new ideas, advising with confidence and strategic insight. The role involves building trusted relationships and applying an analytical mindset to help executives unlock their full potential in thinking, leading, and achieving. You will be instrumental in developing exceptional workplaces, managers, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to understand client challenges and identify business opportunities.
• Design and deliver customized learning solutions that integrate Gallup’s analytics with client strategic priorities.
• Lead executive-level sessions, envisioning workshops, alignment meetings, and coaching to elevate performance, strengthen culture, and achieve measurable business results.
• Master and apply concepts related to culture transformation, strengths development, employee engagement, performance, management principles, and coaching to maximize potential for leaders, managers, and individuals.

A strong background demonstrating strategic thinking, an analytical mindset, and authenticity in client engagements is essential. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required for this role.
